The Arch of Constantine as viewed from inside the Colosseum, painted by Lancelot Theodore Turpin de Crisse in 1818-38. The model is made of foam, painted with acrylic and dressed with sanded grout and foliage. The inside is illuminated with LED's from the top left corner to mimic the light source in the painting.
